What are your Shipping times?

Please refer to our Delivery information for shipping and process times. 

How are larger items delivered?

All furniture items are delivered via approved couriers or furniture removalists. We work closely with our customers to arrange the day for delivery.

Some of our items may require assembly.

What if I want to cancel my order?

All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

Do you have warranty on your products?

All of our larger furniture items have a one year warranty from bedside tables to our sofas. 

We do not have warranty for our home decor and lighting.

Our warranty does not include the following:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage arising from improper assembly or modification
  • Damage arising from abnormal use or abuse
  • Damage, wear and tear as a result of improper or lack of maintenance and/or care (e.g. fabric, leather or timber)
  • Damage to external or product packaging only
  • Damage occurring during your own handling and transportation of goods 
  • Insignificant minor variations in dimensions, colour, grain or finish
  • Insignificant minor imperfections or superficial blemishes

Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage to your package please take a photo immediately and inspect before the courier leaves. If the damage is to your product via transport take immediate photos and do not accept from courier. Please send photos to hello@honeyandwalnutsboutique.com.au and we will organise for s discount or replacement of the product.

Out of stock items:

What if I purchased an item that is in stock, but the inventory wasn't updated and its out of stock?

We update our stock levels on a weekly and bi weekly basis. In the event you purchase an item that says it is in stock but we find it actually isn't we can do 1 of two things for you.

One: We contact our supplier to find out when new stock is coming in if you are happy to wait for you item.

Two: We refund you the full purchase amount.
